The centre enjoys superb exposure from Umhlanga Rocks Drive and has been developed over two levels, both of which lead out onto attractive brick paved parking areas.

The general architecture of the centre is modern in design with emphasis on low maintenance finishes.

 

The construction is of "Gamma Zenith" paint pigmented wall coating over brickwork, under colour coated, galvanised "chromodeck" sheeting/bitumen roof with PVC gutters and down pipes.

 

The glazed shopfronts, windows and doors are all of powder coated aluminium.

 

The offices and shops are either carpeted or have ceramic tiled or wood floor finishes. 

 

The entire building is air- conditioned and toilets are provided for visitors and tenants on the upper level. 

 

The floor finish to the exterior common areas is slate tile with the entire parking and driveway areas being brick paved.
